An Evening - to CHERISH !!

The sky was cloudless – Blue and Clear,

            The hues so varied – Distinct yet Subtle,

The condensed beauty of our sphere..

            Like the purest dew drop on Hibiscus petal..!!

Chirping of Birds,

            Rustling of breeze..

Mellowed down red Sun,

            And Memories to tease….

The SUNSET which I wished so long…

            Finally said “I’m here” !!

This moment should cease and turn to Song…

            Eternally so Dear.. eternally so dear ..!!

THY Eyes ...!!!

       The rays that pierce the Clouded Sky…

Challenge the reign of Sordid gloom,

And kindle the Hope for the day to bloom…

                                Rays are they, far and wide they fly

                                Preaching the dictum “Never Say Die…!!”

THY EYES scatter the same effect…

                                So Fresh so Candid… Oh. My my …!!!

                                The Rains that drench the arid planes…

Transform the Yellows into life plush green!

And quench the thirst of lifeless scene…

                                The wait, The longing for this Monsoon..

                                Is always worth for the rejuvenating Boon…!

The freshest dew and the rainy skies…

                                Are nothing…nothing in front of THY EYES…!!!
